This research method used is Pre-Experiment with one group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of this study were students of class XI MIPA 2 SMAN 8 Kendari which amounted to 24 people. Data collection techniques were carried out using research instruments in the form of multiple choice test of 20 questions, observation sheets, and students response questionnaires. The results shiwed that the average value of student learning outcomes was 78,23 with an average n-gain of 0,73, the average percentage of student learning activities and teacher teaching activities was 88,63% and 83,33% respectively or in the very good category, the average percentage of student responses to the application of problem based learning models with powtoon media was 76,42% or in the good category
Putri Rarawati Dewi Dahlan Maysara Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Pendidikan Kimia FKIP Universitas Halu Oleo https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2024-04-14 2024-04-14 9 1 15 25 Pengembangan e-Modul Berbasis Discovery Learning Dengan Bantuan Flip PDF Corporate Edition pada Materi Ikatan Kimia https://jpkim.uho.ac.id/index.php/journal/article/view/79
The aim of this research is to determine the feasibility of a discovery learning-based e-module on chemical bonding material developed in accordance with the requirements of the BSNP criteria and students' responses to the discovery learning-based e-module on chemical bonding material developed. The research method used is Research & Development (R&D) with a 4D model consisting of define, design, develop and disseminate stages. However, this research was limited to the development stage. The instruments used are validation sheets and student response questionnaires. The results of the research show that the e-module based on discovery learning on chemical bonding material that was developed meets the very valid criteria with a percentage of content suitability aspects of 94.45%, presentation suitability of 96.67%, language suitability of 94.82%, and graphic suitability of 86.19%, while response students amounted to 91.52%. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that the e-module based on discovery learning on chemical bonding material that has been developed has very good quality and can be used to support learning.
Clarisa Yesilia Br Simanjuntak Jamalum Purba Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Pendidikan Kimia FKIP Universitas Halu Oleo https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2024-04-14 2024-04-14 9 1 26 39 Pengaruh Model Project Based Learning Terhadap Hasil Belajar Kognitif Larutan Penyangga https://jpkim.uho.ac.id/index.php/journal/article/view/48
This study aims to examine the effect of the Project Based Learning model used in learning buffer solution material and determine student responses to the Project Based Learning model that has been applied. Type of research: experimental. Research design: pretest posttest control group design. Research instruments: learning outcomes test (pretest postest) and student response questionnaire. Research subjects: students of grade XI MIPA 1 and XI MIPA 2. Data analysis techniques: quantitative data analysis, descriptive and inferential. The results of the study: there were differences in cognitive learning outcomes in the experimental class and the control class. This is due to the difference in learning models used, while the experimental class uses a project-based learning model which makes students more active and learning outcomes increase compared to the control class that uses a problem-based learning model.
Nur Fadillah Safaruddin La Rudi Fahyuddin Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Pendidikan Kimia FKIP Universitas Halu Oleo https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2024-04-14 2024-04-14 9 1 40 54 10.36709/jpkim.v9i1.48 Pengembangan Instrumen Tes Diagnostik Five-Tier Multiple Choice untuk Mengidentifikasi Miskonsepsi Siswa pada Materi Kesetimbangan Kimia https://jpkim.uho.ac.id/index.php/journal/article/view/77
This research aims to report the results of identifying the level of misconceptions and the sources causing the misconceptions experienced by class XI IPA students at SMAN 17 Medan regarding the concept of chemical equilibrium. This research is descriptive research using the ADDIE development model. Data collection in this research used tests, interviews and questionnaires. The results of the wide-scale trial showed that the level of misconception of class The largest percentage of misconceptions is the concept of chemical equilibrium in industry at 29%. The lowest percentage of misconceptions experienced by students was understanding the concept of chemical equilibrium at 2%. The highest percentage of categories that cause misconceptions experienced by students is in the MC-PT category or misconceptions caused by individuals at 73% and the lowest category percentage was shown in the MC-B category or misconceptions obtained from books at 34%.
Daniel Martua Sitorus Makharany Dalimunthe Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Pendidikan Kimia FKIP Universitas Halu Oleo https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2024-04-14 2024-04-14 9 1 55 72 10.36709/jpkim.v9i1.77 Penerapan Model Project Based Learning Berbantuan Media ChemOnDro untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas XI pada Materi Sistem Koloid https://jpkim.uho.ac.id/index.php/journal/article/view/51
This study aims to determine student’ responses and compare student’s learning outcomes using ChemOnDro media with a project based learning model and students with a direct learning model on colloidal system material. The population of study is all 11th grade class students and the sample selection taken by random sampling technique. This study applied a quasi experimental design. The research instrument consists of questionnaires filled out by students and written tests consisting of pre-test and post-test. The results of data analysis of pretest scores obtained an average value of 13.625 and an average postest value of 82.31, these values have reached KKM. The response of students in the category was very good, with the average percentage of 86.65%. Based on the t test, we get the sig value. Therefore, this research aims to determine the relationship between students' multiple intelligence types and their cognitive abilities. Cognitive abilities in this research are limited to student learning outcomes in Student Development courses. This type of research is survey research with a type of data analysis, namely descriptive analysis. The participants in this research were 30 UNM chemistry students. The instruments used were questionnaires to determine students' multiple intelligence types and learning outcomes tests to determine students' cognitive abilities. Of all participants, five types of intelligence were obtained, namely 30% Intrapersonal, 26.67% Interpersonal, 23.22% Mathematical Logic, and 10% Naturalistic and Musical. Based on the average test scores on learning outcomes, it is known that there is no significant difference in the cognitive abilities of students in various multiple intelligence groups.
Munawwarah Sakinah Zubair Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Pendidikan Kimia FKIP Universitas Halu Oleo https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2024-04-14 2024-04-14 9 1 99 107 10.36709/jpkim.v9i1.87
